1.) Click on the start button,
then select Control Panel
2.) Click on Switch to Classic View
3.) Click on Network Connections
4.) Click on Create a new connection
5.) Click on the Next button
6.) Click on Connect to the Internet
7.) Click on the Next button
8.) Click on Set up my connection manually
9.) Click on the Next button
10.) Click on Connect using a dial-up modem
11.) Click on the Next button
12.) Type in Krumbles.net in
the ISP Name box
13.) Click on the Next button
14.) Type in a local dial-up Phone number picked
from one of the following links:
** For a list
of dial-up numbers click here (basic dial-up)
** For
a list of dial-up numbers click here (accelerated dial-up)
15.) Click on the Next button
16.) Type in your user name in the User name box
according to the following:
*The user name for basic dial-up users is in the form of
username@krumbles.net
*The user name for accelerated dial-up users is in the form of
username.krumbles.net@4fastdial.com
**replace username with the user name assigned to you
during sign up
17.) Type in your password in the Password box
18.) Retype in the password in the Confirm
password box
19.) Click on the Next button
20.) Checkmark the box for Add a shortcut
to this connection to my desktop
21.) Click on the Finish button
22.) Double Click on the Krumbles.net icon
on the desktop
23.) Click on the Dial button
to connect to the internet
If you are not able to connect to the internet:
*check to insure that the modem is set up correctly and connected
to the phone line
*check that the username and password are correct
*check that the phone number is correct
